Privacy policy

Who we are

Stereothropic LLC is a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia, with its registered office at 15 Sayat-Nova St., Yerevan 0001, Armenia. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at office@stereothropic.com.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us: when you use the contact form, email us, send us a completed brief, or correspond with us during a project. Depending on what you provide, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, website, your role, and the contents of your message, brief or project materials.

We do not collect sensitive personal information and ask you not to send it. If project materials contain personal information about other people (for example your customers), you remain responsible for having the right to share it with us.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no advertising or tracking technologies. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operation of the service. If we ever introduce analytics or cookies, we will say so on this page before doing it.

Why we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer;
• conclude and perform a contract with you;
• keep a record of our clients and contacts so that we recognise you when you come back;
• meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax record keeping.

We process your information on the basis of your consent, given when you send it to us, and, where we work together, for the performance of our contract. We do not use it for marketing. We send no newsletters and no promotional email.

Who processes it

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The following service providers process it on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms, and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us:

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
• Cloudflare, Inc. provides our domain name services and routes incoming email to our mailbox.
• Google LLC (Gmail) provides the mailbox where we read and answer your email.
• Resend, Inc. delivers the email we send to you.

Some of these providers operate outside the Republic of Armenia, which means your information may be stored or processed abroad. We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as our conversation or engagement needs it, and afterwards in our client records so that we can pick up where we left off. We keep it until you ask us to delete it, except where the law requires us to keep certain records (for example contracts and invoices) for a set period.

Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Personal Data Protection you may ask us, at any time, to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete it, or stop processing it;
• withdraw a consent you have given.

Write to office@stereothropic.com. We respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the law provides. If you believe we have handled your information unlawfully, you may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia.

Other websites

This website links to websites and services we do not operate. Their privacy policies, not this one, apply there, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
